Sentara is currently hiring anMonitor Technician This is a Full Time position with third shift hours and great benefits!Position is located in Harrisonburg, VA. Job Requirements:High School Grad or EquivalentPreferred: EKG/Monitor Tech - 1 yearCompletion of a monitor technician surveillance program/course required upon hire. Candidates who have not completed a monitor technician surveillance program must complete a certificate program within 90 days of hire. Or 1 year experience in monitor technician surveillance within the last 5 years will be accepted in substitute of a monitor tech surveillance program/course. To be released from new employee orientation all Monitor Technicians must successfully complete the Sentara Basic Arrythmia competency tool which includes passing a basic arrythmia exam.
