Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a full time Pharmacy Technician!
$5,000 Sign on Bonus offered to eligible candidate!
Schedule: Rotating that includes days (6:30am-3pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30am) and evenings (1pm-9:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm).
Every other weekend rotating shift is required, as well as rotating holidays.
Required: VA Pharmacy Technician license
Hospital experience is highly preferred.
National certification is preferred.
Responsible for managing the drug distribution system and providing technical support in all aspects of the delivery of safe, effective, patient focused and cost-efficient drug therapy. Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist.
