SMG Surgery Specialists is now hiring a Practice Manager II in Hampton VA!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. This position will cover our Careplex and Port Warwick locations.
General Duties: Coaching, team management, onboarding/offboarding, schedule management, front desk support, customer service
The Practice Manager II partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 11-24 staff members and/or complexity operations score 2 for hospital or office-based specialties.
Qualifications:
- 2 years healthcare experience required.
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years Supervisory experience is acceptable in lieu of associate's degree.
- Coaching experience preferred.
