Sentara Hospice is currently hiring a full time, Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team.  

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Travel: Suffolk, Isle of Wight, Surry, Smithfield and Franklin

This position's primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Requirements:

• RN-Associate's Degree OR
• RN-Bachelor's Level Degree OR
• RN-Diploma (Non-degree) OR
• RN-Doctorate Level Degree OR
• RN-Master's Level Degree
• Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support
• 1 year Nursing experience preferred
• 1 year of Hospice experience preferred
