POSITION OVERVIEW
- 18-bed ICU with an average daily census of 17.
- Full time, 36 hours per week.
- Your Choice: Day Shift 7am - 7p or Night Shift 7pm - 7am
- New grads if licensed and experienced nurses changing specialties are considered.
- Self-starter, positive attitude, and teamwork is a must!
- Most of the time we have a charge nurse without a patient assignment.
- Note: Our interviews consist of a one-hour meeting with the hiring manager and a three-hour shadow experience with our staff. We want to get to know you better!

Minimum Requirements
License and Certification
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
Education
- RN-Associate’s Degree
- RN-Bachelor’s Degree
- RN-Diploma
- RN-Master’s Degree
