Available across all 12 Sentara hospitals, this immersive program combines practical skills with hands-on training, professional development, and mentoring, empowering you to confidently transition into your nursing career in Medical Surgical nursing, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, Emergency Care, the Operating room, or Women’s Health.

Sentara considers you a new graduate RN if you are about to graduate or have graduated and have less than one year of practice. Qualified students will be graduating or will have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
