Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is currently hiring a Full Time Team Lead for the Environmental Services Department to work a night (3rd) shift.
Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining assigned areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition to provide an appropriate environment.
Provides direct service, and provides functional supervision to staff.
Serves as a resource for Team Members and trains staff.
Provides staff with work assignments and ensures work is completed.
Monitors work quality and timeliness.
Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and customer service activities.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 11:30pm - 7:00am
Rotating Weekends
Job Requirements:
Required Education: High School Grad or Equivalent. 1 year of Housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of High School Education.
Required Experience: 2 years of Housekeeping/ESD experience
