What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead Phlebotomy- Full time Day Shift position at Sentara?
Travels to various facilities to perform patient phlebotomy, monitor staff and train staff; and reassign team when necessary for coverage. Collects, labels, and processes patient specimens for testing. Responsible for daily operations, and supply levels at the collection site. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment; responsible for both internal and external problem resolution. May perform EKGs or operate point of care equipment.
Flexibility in work schedule required. "On Call" may be required.
