We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Department Head to lead our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training to team members, and monitoring performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Team leadership, including task assignment, guidance, and performance monitoring
- Identifying training needs and providing necessary training to team members
- Feedback on manufacturing document changes and process improvements
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the production/assembly of ventilators, breathing circuits, and accessory kits
- Proven experience as a Lead Assembly Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
