Sentec is seeking a motivated Technical Support & Service Technician to join the Service team in Lincoln, RI. This position will primarily perform troubleshooting, repairs, and support of transcutaneous blood gas monitoring systems and medical respiratory devices. This position will primarily work with customers, territory managers and cross functional departments within the organization to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. This is an in-person position based in the Lincoln, RI office; working hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday through Friday.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide service and repair on all Sentec and Percussionaire products including replacing and / or repairing required components.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, test and perform routine and complex repairs on returned medical devices.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, teleconference, or email.
- Organize, test and update medical devices, install and replace hardware and software upgrades.
