The Production Operations Supervisor will lead a team of assembly technicians, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high quality standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training to team members, and monitoring performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership, including task assignment, guidance, and performance monitoring
- Identifying training needs and providing necessary training to team members
- Feedback on manufacturing document changes and process improvements
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the production/assembly of ventilators, breathing circuits, and accessory kits
- Proven experience as a Lead Assembly Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
