Choose Your Schedule:
- 1st Shift Blue Team: 3 days/4 days rotation, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. $18.47
- 1st Shift Green Team: 3 days/4 days rotation, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. $18.47
- 3rd Shift Night Owls: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM. $19.97
What You'll Do:
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) by monitoring and documenting nonconformance.
- Take charge by halting processes when necessary and reporting issues to leadership.
- Accurately track and report key metrics daily to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the team and leadership to ensure every product meets top-tier standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English – clear communication is essential.
- A trainable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision with high self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Teams experience is a plus, but we’ll train you if not).
- ISO-9001 experience is a major bonus!
