- Answer phones and client communiations
- Assit CEO / Owner as needed
- Billing and Collections from Clients
- Assist in Payroll Processing
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform some bookkeeping
