Sentinel Fuel Services LLC is a leader in technology, developing cutting-edge sensor, and automation control systems that help to reduce costs and increase safety in our clients' operations. Our operations are rapidly expanding to include innovative technologies and automation in the Oil industry. The original company began in 2008, and initially manufactured original equipment for various industries. Beginning in 2016, our business changed its paradigm to focus on providing services in the Oil & Gas Industry.
You will oversee, provide, inspire leadership for the operation of one of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Must be highly experienced in Fuel Services and operations of a Fuel Services Company.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff.
- Oversees the schedules and responsibilities of staff in the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.Understands fuel pricing, fuel customers, and transportation of fuel.Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.Work with senior stakeholders.Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Work with the executive management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.Support worker communication with the management team.Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues.Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review / approval responsibility of all operations employees.Run a safe, injury / accident-free workplace.Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance.Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels.Review and approve all operations invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.Required Skills / Abilities :

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or equivalent work experience in operationsExperience in management, operations, and leadership.5 years of experience in Fuel Services Operations with expertise in fuel pricing, fuel customers, drivers, fuel costs, and all aspects of transportation of fuel.DOT and CDL Driver experience.Fuel Buying experience is preferred.Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.Excellent communication skillsSolid understanding of financial managementPhysical Requirements :

Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or equivalent work experience in operations
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
5 years of experience in Fuel Services Operations with expertise in fuel pricing, fuel customers, drivers, fuel costs, and all aspects of transportation of fuel.
Fuel Buying experience is preferred.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of financial management
