On-Call : Friday 9 : 00pm - 8 : 00am / Saturday - 5 : 00pm - 8 : 00am / Sunday 5 : 00pm - 8 : 00am
In-Office : Saturday-Sunday - 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Definition
The equipment installer / technician is an entry level position for an Electronic Monitoring, GPS, and Breath Alcohol Testing equipment installer. The installer is primarily responsible for performing equipment installations, removal and troubleshooting of all equipment, along with daily client scheduling and inventory control.
Job Expectations Essential Functions
- Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment as requested using directed safety precautions.
- Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
- Keep accurate records of service calls
- Inspect and maintain all monitoring and testing equipment, this includes cleaning equipment.
- Process alarms as required during shifts if applicable to program requirements.
- Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
- Telephone calls to participants when needed for equipment or collection purposes.
- Maintains calibration and repair records for all equipment serviced.
- Shipping and receiving functions for equipment and supplies per established procedures.
- Diagnosis and repair of EM equipment as outlined in company procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between Sentinel and / or other contracted agencies, as needed based on duty shifts
Requirements
