Part-Time Residential Housekeeper

We are seeking a caring, dependable individual to join our team. Working within the Senior Living Community is a rewarding career. Sentinel Pointe prides itself on many dedicated long term employees and we would love to have you join us! You will perform a variety of light cleaning of apartments, bedding, laundry as directed & common areas. We are looking for someone who can work during the day several days of the week. We are flexible with the hours. Typical shift would be 4 or more hours a day, starting anytime between 8am and 1pm, not more than 25 hours per week.

Overall Job Purpose

To maintain and clean community common areas and residents apartments.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential apartments varying in size from studio to two bedroom
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Weekly linen / bed changes
• Ensure that the following cleaning tasks are done in each apartment: Trash removal, Personal laundry, Vacuuming, Mopping, Cleaning of the Kitchen and Bathroom

Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning a plus

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail & ability to problem solve as well as prioritize your time
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 30lbs
