Job Description:
- Address all apartment inquiries, including telephone calls, emails, and in-person traffic.
- Show prospective residents the models and market-ready units available for rent.
- Accept applications for rental and process all application materials for approval procedure.
- Complete new lease and renewal files accurately.
- Make follow-up calls and email responses as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fully organized with strong marketing and sales skills.
- Effective communication skills, including telephone sales presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer skills required.
- Knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.
- A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
