Housekeeper
A prestigious apartment community seeks a full-time Housekeeper to maintain its general cleanliness. The ideal candidate reports to the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash and litter from offices, models, laundry rooms, clubhouse, equipment rooms, public hallways, stairways, breezeways, vacant apartments, restrooms, and assigned areas.
- Use cleaning supplies and chemicals according to OSHA and manufacturer directions.
- Maintain all equipment used in housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Full-time position
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Team player
- Self-motivated and independent worker
