 The Level 2 Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and troubleshooting technical problems. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction under limited supervision.

 

This is a contract to hire or direct hire role requiring onsite work in Chicago, IL.

 

  • 3 years of experience with Level 2 technical support
  • Experience with troubleshooting, analyzing, resolving, tracking, escalating and accurately documenting various technical problems and resolutions (i.e. software, hardware and client specific applications)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 7/10
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge and experience working with ticketing software
  • Working experience with anti-virus software and Windows updates
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry a plus
  • Industry certifications a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: 

$25-30 an hour
