Sentinel is seeking an experienced UCCE Engineer to assist with a current project for one of our clients. This person will utilize their knowledge of Contact Center systems to design, install, and improve internal and external collaboration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting ICM scripts, working closely with stakeholders to improve contact center functionality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a 6-month contract position with the flexibility to work remotely, requiring occasional onsite visits to the Tempe office, Arizona.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE design, implementation, and support
- Must have experience with ICM scripting
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Finesse, and SIP-based call flows
- CCAE certification is preferred
- Understanding of network technologies, IP, DHCP, Routing, Switching, QoS
- Understanding of Cisco UCS and Server infrastructure technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication with all levels within the organization
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
