Based in Daphne, Alabama, Sentinel Title serves clients throughout Alabama. Sentinel Title delivers unprecedented support and dedication to our clients and we are looking for an Escrow Officer to join our team in the Eastern Shore!
Specific duties of the Title and Closing Agent will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies. Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner. Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately. Assist and support other Sentinel team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary. Additional duties as may be assigned by management based on business needs.
Success in the Title and Closing Agent role…
- Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively using tact, patience and courtesy
- Ability to organize and efficiently prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple assignments while subject to interruption
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer and technology skills: Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, etc.
