What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Infrastructure Project Manager position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the engineering ticket queue and assigning tickets as needed per location, availability, and priority. You will communicate incident escalations to involved Engineers, Account Managers, Management, and the Client as needed. You will be the primary for billing and also manage small-scale projects of varying technologies (Cisco datacenter, security, wireless, route switch, voice, virtualization, storage, etc.). Additionally, you will serve as the Customer and Sales liaison, contact point, and primary escalation resource for any Support issues on open service cases. Position may require completion of miscellaneous projects as assigned. This position will be reporting onsite to assist our customer in Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, business or a related field or High School diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience
- Experience with managing technical projects is a plus
- Experience with working with a Scrum, Agile and/ or Waterfall environment
- Experience in a leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range:
$95,000 – 115,000/annually
