Responsibilities
Sentinel is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for our national deployment team. This individual will be standing up and deploying secure network solutions onsite and remotely for enterprise-level client environments. You should have a strong networking background, be structured & organized, and be customer service oriented. This is a full-time hybrid position located in Tempe, Arizona. The role will require travel to customer locations within Arizona as needed.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or Fortinet devices
- Experience with Cisco Security products such as Cisco ISE, XDR, Secure Endpoint and Umbrella
- 3 years of experience with network design and implementation on a large scale
- CCNP Certification or equivalent certification preferred
- You will be handling pre-config tasks prior to installation
- Familiar implementing wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access is a plus
- Cisco ACI and SD WAN experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer relations skills
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
