Develop customer usage, billing, pricing analytics, data processes, relevant dashboards; responsible for pricing (compliance, value-based price analysis, discount analysis, deal scoring), Go-to-Market (upsell prediction, churn prediction, renewal rate calculation, productivity metrics); conduct subscription product licensing / usage data analyses; create analytical databases (Snowflake); transform unstructured data / parsing JSON files into structured data; manage data quality by profiling (Python Pandas, Sql scripts) to schedule daily data validation; design Agile projects, data flow diagrams, database architecture (Jira, Lucid Chart); work with stakeholders to understand their data needs; provide recommendations for improvements to data sources / reporting processes; work with complex data sets; solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems; apply analytical methods; create deliverables / presentations of findings; work with stakeholders to ensure alignment / shared understanding of data / trends; develop advanced analytical models to monitor business performance; make recommendations to senior leadership; partner with Data Governance / Analytics to ingest data into data warehouse to support reporting / analysis needs while maintaining compliance; support global operations teams with defined measurements to ensure operations teams have consistent understanding of data; create different dashboards / analysis for broader stakeholders; and provide Ad hoc analysis.
