What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Technician -Multiple Locations position at Sentrillion?
Under the guidance of the engineering team, the Installation Technician supports the installation of various security, surveillance, access control systems, and associated equipment in various geographical United States areas. Specific duties include the following:
- Traveling to Remote US locations.
- Install electronic equipment, components, or systems.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in installing electrical components, networks, and computer systems. 5 years preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Able to maintain a valid driver's license; able to meet company safe driving requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Proficiency in measuring, cutting, splicing, connecting, soldering, and installing both electrical and electronic cables is crucial. You should be able to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair components, including conduit and low voltage circuits. Familiarity with reading schematics, wire diagrams, and technical drawings, along with the ability to apply basic electrical theory, will empower you to excel in installing and maintaining advanced surveillance and electronic security systems.
