The Electrical Assembly Team Lead is responsible for providing direction and guidance to electrical assembly technicians as they perform the duties of their job. The lead technician works closely with the Panel Shop, Production Manager, Electrical Engineering Manager to plan and assure deadlines are met. All duties must be performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and instructions to other electrical assembly technicians
- Work closely with the Panel Shop, Production Manager, Electrical Engineering Manager to assure deadlines are met
- Work closely with the production on the migration of work orders.
- Dimension and layout of the wiring of conveyor and machinery jobs
- Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards
- Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation
- Troubleshoot conveyor and machinery wiring jobs as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
- Communicate necessary changes to Engineer or Manager for revision prior to completion

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work is a plus.
- Prior experience with Syteline, Microsoft Suite and leading a crew preferred
- Experience in industrial wiring, machinery electrical installations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
