Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure a safe environment for all personnel and visitors. The pay rate for this position is $65,000/yr.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or breaches of security.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
- Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems, ensuring all footage is recorded and stored appropriately.
- Train security staff in conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Skills
- Experience in security supervision, law enforcement or active duty military service is required.
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution skills.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
