THE BASICS
Pay: This full-time role offers hourly pay with overtime available and the opportunity to directly impact the success of each job site you manage.
Schedule: Your workday will typically run from 6 AM to 6 PM, with plenty of opportunities for overtime.

YOUR DAY AS A CONSTRUCTION FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
As a Construction Field Superintendent, you will oversee and manage construction job sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your day will start with checking in on your team, coordinating their tasks, and making sure all materials are accounted for. You will supervise your crew, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. You'll keep an eye on inventory, manage daily reporting, and provide project status updates. REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONSTRUCTION FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Previous experience in drywall, masonry products, or related fields is a plus!
