Independent Living Skills Coach (Part-Time)

Location: Tiburon

About this position: ILS Coach

Work one-on-one with people with developmental disabilities to empower your client to reach their personal goals of independence and community participation. You would teach independent living skills in a motivating, personalized, and professional environment.

• As an ILS Coach, you would have one client in the Tiburon area.
• The candidate is required to have a minimum of two years of experience.
• We seek applicants who want to make a difference in the lives of others.
• You will receive training and have the opportunity to support client.
• The candidate must attend a training period during weekday afternoons.

Work Schedule:

We currently have part-time positions available. Part-time is considered 20-29 hours per week. The shift would be Friday - Sunday starting in the afternoons. The schedule is permanent and can not be adjusted at this time.

Requirements:

• The candidate is required to have a minimum of three years of experience.
• The candidate must be available during the weekdays for a one week training in Tiburon.
• A desire to help others.
• Reliable Vehicle
• Valid Drivers License
• Auto Insurance (100k/300k bodily injury liability)
• Pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
