We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Risk Management Department in our Corporate Office located in Longwood, FL.
Applicant must be an outgoing individual with a positive attitude. Must be highly motivated, organized, and exceptionally detail oriented.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, review, and process association insurance policies
- Track and monitor deadlines and expiration of association insurance policies
- Assist Community Managers to ensure adequate association insurance coverage and obtaining same
- Update customer portal to include types of association insurance coverage and upload policies reflecting same
- Light administrative duties to include, but not limited to, scanning, copying, and processing mail
Applicants Must:
- Have previous Office or administrative experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
