We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Team Lead in our Boulder, CO Market.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General building and property maintenance
- Inspect grounds for trash and debris and clean as needed, especially around main roadway, facilities, and common areas
- Clean and maintain sidewalks and high traffic areas
- General trash collection on grounds
- Inspect and repair exterior lights
- Minor electrical repair, engage with electrician when needed
- Keep clean and tidy all storage areas, protect company and association property
- Inspect and maintain building, monitor for any damages, and repair and replace as needed
- Repair and replace locks
- Continually inspect building and property for safety hazards and repair or remove as needed
- Ensure all signage is in good repair and legible
- Work with Community Manager by observing and reporting hazardous situations or potential violations during property visits.
- Maintain maintenance records, supplies and tools
- Minor plumbing repairs as needed, engage with professional plumber when required
- Turning of apartment units: including trash out of units, maintenance of units, coordinating other vendors needed for turn
- All other duties as assigned by manager

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions
- Physical requirements may vary based upon duties assigned
