Role: Administrative Assistant
Primary Objective: Support Finance Team with invoicing/billing and follow-ups.
Sentry ND handles all things Roustabout, Trucking/hauling, hotshot, cranes, insulation, and pumping unit inspections and repairs. We are looking to expand the admin team as we grow our Oil & Gas support capabilities!
This role will primarily assist with accounts receivable to help us keep on top of our invoicing and past-due follow-ups. We'd also love to cross-train you to fill in other administrative responsibilities to account for vacations and sick days. This role has many growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Accountability Chart Roles:
- Assist with processing daily and weekly invoices.
- Customer statements and following up on past-due invoices.
- Assist with obtaining customer signatures and coding.

What does Winning look like?
- Invoices are created, approved, and sent out within a week of the work being performed.
- Past due invoices are followed up weekly and sent to collections as needed.
- No A/R over 90 days
- No invoices "awaiting signature" longer than 30 days.
Requirements
- Microsoft office experience, esp. Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Computer literacy
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of AP/AR
- Basic understanding of accounting terminology
- Familiarity with oilfield terminology and workflow
- QuickBooks desktop preferred but not required
