Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and driven Class A CDL Hotshot Driver to join our team based out of Williston, ND. This is a fast-paced, on-call position requiring flexibility and readiness to haul a variety of oilfield-related loads with little notice. You will be operating a 1-ton truck and 40’ trailer, delivering equipment to and from oilfield locations and service companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 1-ton truck with a 40’ gooseneck trailer.
- Load and unload equipment at various service company yards and oilfield sites.
- Properly secure loads including wellhead equipment, drill pipe, and other miscellaneous oilfield gear.
- Respond promptly to on-call assignments and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate clearly with dispatch and clients.
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience with load securement, especially with oilfield equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
Preferred:
- Prior hotshot or oilfield hauling experience.
- Knowledge of the Williston Basin area.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay: 25%–30% of load revenue.
- Hourly range equivalent: $25/hr – $32/hr DOE (Depending on Experience).
