Job Summary
Sentry is seeking a dedicated Roustabout 1 to support our oil and gas operations in Watford City, ND. This hands-on role plays a critical part in site and equipment maintenance, particularly in industrial piping, and involves a wide range of fieldwork in challenging outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities
- Tank installation and repairs
- Digging pits and laying pipeline
- Performing general site and yard cleanup
- Installing motors on oilfield equipment
- Setting up well-site equipment, including cement pads and pumping units
- Securing and balancing pumping units with counterweights
- Installing and repairing steel and poly pipelines
- Performing general yard and building maintenance
- Transporting gravel for road and tank battery upkeep
- Using air and electrical tools proficiently
- Applying general plumbing and pipefitting knowledge
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in oilfield construction highly preferred
- Functional knowledge of tank battery setup and other well-site infrastructure
- Experience in industrial pipefitting or plumbing can substitute for some oilfield experience
- Proficient with both air and electrical tools
- Comfortable working in physically demanding, outdoor environments
