Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect accounts receivable via phone and email communication.
- Manage reporting for accounts receivable.
- Apply customer payments daily.
- Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Input vendor invoices
- Some accounts payables
- Maintain COIs and W9
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, and decision making skills.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualified candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of computers, including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check
