Position: Field Service Technician
What You’ll Do:
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot burglar, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Service and inspect hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
- Work at heights and in compact spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain tools and equipment used in service calls.
- Document installations and repairs clearly and accurately.
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to provide ongoing support.
- Foster a safe and secure work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and inspecting security systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to keep appointments on track.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
