Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, develop schedules, and manage tasks for efficient project delivery.
- Budget & Cost Control – Establish and track project budgets to ensure profitability, including labor, materials, subcontracting, and equipment.
- Team & Resource Coordination – Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on manpower, equipment, and scheduling.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates and maintain transparency with all project stakeholders.
- Project Health & Risk Management – Monitor and report on project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards while adhering to industry regulations.
Success Metrics
- Projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work meets or exceeds quality expectations
- Project scope and specifications are clearly defined and executed
- Risks are identified early and mitigated
- Resource needs are effectively communicated and managed
- Invoicing and billing are timely and accurate
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including those valued over $2 million is a HUGE PLUS!
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and EOS Operating System is preferred but not required.
- Industry experience in Agriculture, Commercial, Industrial Manufacturing, Water & Wastewater, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make proactive decisions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
