Contribute : As a Software Engineering Leader, you’ll manage the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include :
Leading a team of software engineers and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance.
Building a cohesive team, assigning tasks, and ensuring your team has the necessary tools to thrive.
Creating a collaborative and innovative work culture that promotes effective communication and teamwork.
Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the product vision aligning it with our business objectives.
Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with the product vision.
Establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices to ensure high software quality.
Handling human resource activities including performance reviews, and upholding HR policies.
What it Takes :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Established experience in software development and team leadership.
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of the financial services sector is a bonus.
