About the Role: Superintendent
As a Superintendent at Sentry, you're the field general. You ensure the job gets done—safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. You lead crews, coordinate resources, and work directly with leadership to execute the project plan. You are the direct link between what’s planned and what gets built.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to lead from the front. You’ll manage daily operations, navigate challenges, and deliver successful outcomes—on time and on budget.
You are the face of Sentry on the jobsite. Clients, team members, and partners will look to you for guidance, decisions, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews with clarity and accountability
- Execute project plans and adapt to field conditions
- Oversee safety practices and ensure full compliance
- Track time, daily reports, and jobsite documentation
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and used effectively
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and leadership
- Solve problems in real time and resolve conflicts quickly
- Represent Sentry’s values and maintain a professional jobsite

- Crews are engaged, productive, and goal-oriented

What You Bring
- Experience supervising crews in construction (civil, industrial, commercial, or ag preferred)
- Deep knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and field processes
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and accountability
- Experience with projects up to $2 million
