What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Payroll Assistant position at Senture?
The payroll assistant performs various payroll processing duties including data entry, reconciling, updating information and other accounting duties as assigned.
Brief Overview of Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Entering new hires and other status changes in Microsoft Dynamics
Answering employee questions via email and phone
Reviewing data for accuracy
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and/or two years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires personal computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.
This position requires the ability to maintain confidential information.
Employee must possess tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
Background in accounting and prior payroll experience preferred
