What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Tech I position at SEOLTA HOLDINGS LLC?
The Maintenance Technician position assists with performing plant equipment maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, repairs including preventive maintenance and emergency calls, modification, and upgrades to existing plant equipment. Maintenance is performed according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
- Ability to perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities
- Forklift experience and training.
- Assist Manager in troubleshooting facility issues.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- 10% custodial work to include cleaning restrooms
- Dependable/Timely with reliable transportation and drivers license
- Assist Facilities as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have relevant experience
