As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the fraud and fincrime prevention industry.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at SEON, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product marketing strategy on a global scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and drive customer adoption.
What you’ll do:
- Market Share: Assess, influence, and capture SEON’s market share in target segments.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously evaluate and adapt our strategies based on competitor actions and market shifts.
- Content Engagement: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging product marketing content and analyze its performance - such as whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Sales Cycle: Work with sales teams to influence and reduce the length of sales cycles through targeted messaging and materials.
- Win Rates: Collaborate with sales to improve win rates by providing competitive insights and collaborate with sales enablement for effective sales enablement resources.
- Deal Values: Develop strategies to increase deal values by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and crafting persuasive value propositions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product messaging and positioning.
- Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with the demand gen team to ensure acquisition strategies and campaigns are targeted at right ICPs with right messaging.
- Customer Retention: Monitor and enhance customer retention rates through effective messaging and support materials.
- Product Adoption: Collaborate with product managers and lifecycle for adoption campaigns and measure the rate at which customers adopt new products or features.
What you bring:
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a global capacity.
- Proven track record and examples of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
