Server- Seoul Garden Restaurant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our restaurant or banquet setting.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Experience in fine dining or bartending is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
