Position: Lead Server
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional lead server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading/delegating a team, overseeing the daily operations of the shift, having excellent customer service knowledge, training new team members, and other regular server duties. Korean Barbecue experience is a plus but not mandatory. If you have any sort of history leading a team in a restaurant setting, we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications:
✔ Two years of experience in serving / Leading a Team (required)
✔ Korean BBQ cooking experience (not mandatory but a plus)
✔ Manager or Lead server experience are needed
✔ Bilingual in Korean or Spanish (a plus)
✔ Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
* Delegate the front of the house for smooth operation.
* Train new employees and implement new tactics/procedures.
