- Job Description: As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and properly cooking our lunch items, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. You'll work closely with our kitchen manager to deliver a one of a kind experience to our guests.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to Seoul Sausage’s recipes and standards
- Assist manager with morning catering orders
- Ensure the kitchen is stocked and organized, following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in menu prep, portioning, and food preparation as needed
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Previous line cook experience preferred (1-3 years)
- A passion for food and Korean cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Must be a team player and adaptable to changing needs
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
