Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- You will train and work in various areas of the company for your first six months : production, development, materials, production control.
- During that time your will learn how each department functions, its key metrics, etc.
- You will then be assigned to a permanent department.
- Establish and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedule, after service parts and imported parts based on demand plan.
- Responsible for assisting and directing in problem solving activities and resolving production control related technical problems with an emphasis on determining and addressing the root cause / problem.
- Analyze and solve problems related to various production situations.
- Manage and improve related process and system.
- All other duties as assigned.
