Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the accounting team in reconciling invoices with corresponding expenses.
- Support the monthly closing of financial records and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, account reconciliations, and journal entries as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary documentation.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and organizing financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Pay: $54,082.00 - $55,082.00 per year
