What are the responsibilities and job description for the Development Specialist position at Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Auburn, Inc.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development Department in in charge of communicating with the customer and Seoyon E-HWA’s Production Team to ensure the customers’ needs are met.
- Attend weekly meetings with customers about new model designs
- Organize data by vehicle type in internal shared folders (drawings-2D/3D, mold data, etc.)
- Organize internal proposals and PAYMENT proposal progress
- Support Development Team event work
- Attend development item Try-out and check issues.
- Check the consistency of the created BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Manage Issue Documents to solve problems
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Overall schedule management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a Korean Office environment.
- Driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,080.00 - $55,080.00 per year
