As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, conducting troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facilities, identifying potential issues and recommending maintenance or repair actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance, responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably automotive manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.
