Position: Production Control Clerk
Status: Fulltime Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: 6:30am to 3:15pm, overtime as needed

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Production Control Clerk to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Clerk to manage administrative tasks related to car interior parts. As a Production Control Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, tracking production progress, and coordinating between various departments to maintain efficient production schedules and meet customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track and update car interior parts inventory in the system, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely orders.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter production data, maintain logs, and keep inventory systems up-to-date.
- Material Handling & Shipment Support: Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing parts for shipment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor inventory levels, prepare reports, and collaborate with teams to forecast needs and resolve stock issues.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate with production, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in production control or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) and basic data entry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
